My beloved Homies in Lake Louise

From a recent trip to Banff. Totally in love with a sushi-bar!

While the sushi-chef stands in the middle preparing the food a train with dishes from the menu circles around. Guests sitting in a U can grab what ever appeals to them.

It does not only looks yummy - it is. The plates are colour coded giving you an idea how expensive the dish is you are about to grab.

Shrimp sushi roll for $4.95. Argh wanna be there right now! ;)

Mud Lake

A couple of Saturdays ago we hiked up to Mud Lake and sat there on a bench enjoying the quiet.

What a gorgeous spot!

And how special to have a Lake at that elevation level.
